- A prescription,

- A way to get medicine (e.g. transportation, home delivery), and

- The resources to pay for it (e.g. insurance, prescription plans, ability to pay).

To plan to take medicine, patients need information and/or skill development in

how to:

--Understand medicine (e.g. its routine and any special instructions),

--Organize medicine, and

-- Make any necessary preparations to take it.

​To aid this process, we've developed and/or collated a suite of tools to help patients meet their needs.
